I have a design that uses the MIMXRT1062 but given challenges in part availability, I'm wondering if there are drop-in equivalent parts. Looking at https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/nxp/data-sheets/IMXRT1060CEC.pdf I can't understand the difference between the 1061 and 1062. The "Part number nomenclature" states the that 1061 is the "standard feature" version and the 1062 is the "full feature" version, but features listed in the table 1 are the same for both chips. Is there a document that lists what is different between the two chips?
Also, there a few special purpose chips (106A, 106F, 106L, 106S) that also have the same feature list. Could this be drop-in replacements for the 1062? Is there a document explaining what is different with these chips?
