imx8mq difference chip select difference size Dram

Can imx8mq use the difference chip select  difference size of LPDDR4/LPDDR3.

for example: LPDDR4 CS0=16Gb ,CS1=12Gb.

Can i modify in the DDR Tools RPA excel?
