imx8mm won't boot from eMMC

Hi there,  

We product our own imx8mm PCB board with the same design as found on the NXP website. The board is working fine when booting from SD card, and we can flash the eMMC with no problem. But it won't boot from eMMC(showing nothing), even we config the boot mode to eMMC, it still booting from the sd card. Any idea for that?
