[imx8m mini lpddr4] v4l2-ctl command

I have compiled L5.4.47_2.2.0, 2 for imx8mmevk and imx6qsabresd.

v4l2-ctl command exist on imx6qsabresd evk but did not exist on imx8mmevk evk.

I want to execute v4l2-ctl on imx8mmevk evk.
