for stable signal it is necessary to check mipi layout described in sect.3.5. Trace impedance recommendations, sect.3.4.7. High-speed routing recommendations

i.MX 8M Mini Hardware Developer’s Guide

Also pay attention to attached mipi cables and connectors, they also should have proper

impedance matching.
