Hi there,
I used my imx7ulpevk and replaced the DRAM to a new 4Gb LPDDR3. After changing some code, I can bootup Linux and run "memtester" for DRAM burn in. Then I Run into an error. The error message is kind of lengthy and messy, please refer to the attached file and give some comments for direction of debug.
Regards,
Ka-Yi Yeh
Hi Ka-Yi
memtester errors description can be found on
Micromat :: Topic: Memory test failing solid bits (1/1)
For new memory it is necessary to run ddr test i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V3.00
and update ddr settings found from test in uboot
imximage.cfg\mx7ulp_evk\freescale\board - uboot-imx - i.MX U-Boot
Best regards
igor
