imx6ull stuck every time

ubuntu 18 run in imx6ull platform always stuck at 10 minutes,  try shutdown suspend can't solve the problem, anyone know how to solve it?

I use the kernel from nxp's  github page,  branches is imx_4.1.15_2.0.0_ga, but nothing change, same stuck at 10 min which can see the message from htop. Any idea about this same situation？
