imx6ull sd2 pins for default boot

In MCIMX6ULL-CM EVM schematic NAND Flash and SD2 lines are muxed. But for my custom design require dedicated NAND Flash and eMMC. Hence SD2 lines for eMMC taken from LCD lines.

Is still eMMC boot configuration works ?,  as I moved the eMMC lines from NAND to LCD lines any other changes to do for booting from emmc ?
