imx6sx gpio set error

I found the pin MX6SX_PAD_SD2_DATA3__GPIO6_IO_11 in the configuration of imx6sx to be in output mode, but the level is always high. But it can be used normally when configured as a serial port. No errors were reported in the driver files. Why is this?

Thank you for your reply. I found that after uboot has set gpio, it will affect the kernel settings. You must turn off the gpio function set by uboot.
