imx6q wm8962 codec low power problem

Question:

I cannot not heard sound when I suspend using power key and I close codec wm8962 1.8v power supply.

And why not close codec 1.8v power because I need decrease codec power consuming?

Hello Junjun,

    If you close 1.8V power, it means you powered off WM8962, this is not correct method to let WM8962 enter Stanby mode. becuase sound card driver will not noramlly work, even you power it on again.

   If you want WM8962 to enter standby mode, please see WM8962's datasheet, the mode is described clearly in it.
