imx6q-dl cannot wakeup when using LPDDR2

Hi

We use LPDDR2 on imx6q-dl platform for developing ,but cannot wakeup system using power key and alarm.

When using power key wake up system , it reboot displaying watch dog as follows：

Please  give me some suggestion .

there is no IMX6Q reference board with LPDDR2,

so no bsp/git. You can port SCM patches to this kernel.
