imx6q boot from emmc failed

Hello, technical support:

      I made a imx6q board,When emmc works at 52m clock, it can't start properly. Manually modified to 13m clock, I can read and write the file correctly.

Here is my schematic diagram of the circuit,I tried to add resistance on the CLK line, but it didn't work.

Who can tell me where my problem is.

When you using the 52m, how about the log file of the board boot up?

Maybe I found some reasons. I used emmc5.1. the official board was emmc4.44. Is there a difference between the voltage configuration of the imx6q? Do you have a reference circuit for the emmc5.1 chip with imx6q．

I tested the voltage of the emml clk only 2.0v.but the official board was 3.3v.what caused the difference.
