imx6SL LPDDR2 Script Aid -64MB

Our customer is using the imx6SL and 64MB of LPDDR2. MT42L16M32D1AC-25 IT:A which is a 512Mbit, 4 Meg x 32x 4 banks part.

The LPDDR2 script aid only goes down to 2GB.

Is there any easy way to modify the script or calcualte the DDR register values?

Hello John Marcinczyk,

Unfortunately the usual script aid goes only to 2Gb, which would be 256MB and it’s still much over 64MB.

Have you tried using the newest version on the following link? It uses Gb as unit but you can enter decimal numbers.

At least it shows more information on the registers so it may help to see which ones would be affected so I hope it helps.
