imx6 increase sched_clock resolution

Hi,

My Env.:

Board: Boundary Device Nitrogen Max

Kernel: 3.14.28

OS:  Debian 8

right now my Sched_clock read from dmesg is:

sched_clock: 32 bits at 3000kHz, resolution 333ns, wraps every 1431655765682ns

how/where in kernel source can i increase the timer resolution?
