imx6 DDR3 test

Hi,

I am new to imx6 and linux as well. As I am trying to test the hardware connection between DDR3 and imx6, I need to run a basic functional test program. But I have no idea of where to start from. I wonder if there is any example test code that helps. Any advice or help is welcome. Really appreciate it. The schematic is shown below for your reference.

I found out there is "mtest" command in u-boot, which can do the basic memory test as expected. Kind of solved my problem!
