imx535 LPDDR2 Connection, any help?

Hey all,

I know I'm posting this for the third time, but I need to make sure connecting micron 4Gb LPDDR2

with imx535(529-BGA). I'm stuck here...

The DDR has multiplexed command/address line CA[9:0]... how am I going to connect this to the DDR controler in mx53?

Thank you for your reply. The address and data connection is is not a concern; It's a little obvious, don you think?

 I was rather concerned about the power supply. The LPDDR2 needs two different levels, 1.2V and 1.8V and the datasheet suggested the 1.8V be ramped first. Using the  MC34708 PMIC, how I'm I going to do that and which source should be used for the 1.8V?

PS: I'm using the Micron MT42L128M32D2: 4Gb, LPDDR2  PoP

Dear Sir:

Since the DRAM Address bus are used for Address and Command transfer.

So, please connect CA[9:0] to MX53 DRAM[9:0]
