Hello All,
does this board have a specific GPIO that triggers a wdt (watch dog timer) event as reboot, boot loading fail or similar?
Thanks,
Francesco

Hi Igor,
I had time now to probe this signal but it's not toggling when a reboot occurs, only when i detach the power.
I also probed (with oscillo) the:
and all have the same pattern. Could you suggest some signal as reboot indicator?
Thanks and Regards,
Francesco
Hi Francesco
Table 100, Table 101 i.MX6DQ Datasheet (rev.4, 7/2015)
shows fixed after reset state of signals. So one can try to use
one pin (setting it to opposite state) as such indicator

Hi Igor,
any update?
Thanks & Regards,
Francesco
Hi Francesco
I am afraid no message sent specific for wdt reset.

Hi Igor,
when a WDOG occurs ( I had two triggered events) do you know if any message is written into the dmesg (or some other log)? Or only a reboot occurs?
Thanks,
Francesco
Hello Igor,
thanks for the answer. I saw the WDOG in the layout, is there any TP where I can solder a wire?

Francesco
