I'm HW engineer.
I'd like to get best idea for my issue during my HW debugging.
> I designed my board based on MX6SLEVK.
Most features are same with reference(MX6SLEVK).
In MX6SLEVK, SD card boot from SDIO2(J21) port.
I designed microSD on this SDIO2 instead of SD.
WP signal was tied to ground.
> My issue is that system was halt on below message.
galcore: clk_get gpu3d_clk failed, disable 3d!
Galcore version 5.0.11.25762
mmc1: error -110 whilst initialising SD card => Error !!
mmc2: new high speed SDIO card at address 0001
ALSA device list:
#0: imx-spdif
Waiting for root device /dev/mmcblk1p2... => halt on this line
> I compared as below.
With microSD, I inserted into J21 of MX6SLEVK => Boot ok
I wired from J21 pin to microSD connector => same with my issue
I wired from 21 to mSD & short WP to ground => Boot ok
I modified my board based on above results.
I tied WP signal to ground, but same symptom.
I check whole HW design, but Circuit was same with MX6SLEVK.
> I check SDIO2 Line voltage.
When booting was ok in MX6SLEVK, SDIO line voltage level is 1.8V
but Voltage was not correct in my board.
2pin was 3.3V, other pin was low.
I hope to get best idea to solve my issue if there's any engineer that experienced similar issues.
