iMX6SL Fan-out

I have noticed that the CPU breakout on the iMX6SLEVK uses 3 mil traces (there is no choice I guess, given the 0.5mm ball pitch).

This surely raises the price of the PCB significantly ?

So I think the price saving in choosing the iMX6SL over, say, the iMX6S, may be lost in the extra cost of the PCB ?

(The other members of the iMX6 family uses 0.8mm pitch BGAs. )
