Can you please share the power dissipation value for this processor?

The part number misses some parameters for its differentiation. It misses if it's industrial or automotive.

However, both packages have a thermal resistance of the following, it depends on every customer to take the thermal resistance, environmental and processing load conditions to select an specific part.

As a suggestion, you could use the NXP EVK heatsink part:
