i.MX8X power consumption question on KS1 mode

Dear Sir,

Our customer used i.MX8X to design projects and  follow AN12338 to run KS1 standby mode.

Measure VCC_MAIN is 1V. ( 0.8V on AN12338 document)

We tested and checked VCC_MAIN the same 1V on NXP i.MX8X MEK (B0 version).

Could you help confirm it?

Could you please confirm that the devices got into the KS1 mode?

The LED D15 should be ON.

We tested KS1 mode on i.MX8X MEK, but D15 LED always off.

Below is we test step.

Please help check it.
