We want to use 4GB ram with our i.MX8M Nano design. I could not able to find any product from Micron website. 4GB ram only seems to available for x32 is there a x16 solution for this? Thank you in advance!
One can refer to the i.MX8M Nano EVK schematic from below-mentioned link. In the EVK, 2GB DDR4 is used. However, NXP doesn't suggest any specific vendor. One can contact the memory vendors as per their requirements.
