Is the value of the capacitor fixed so that even if the voltage of VDD High In and VDD SOC IN starts to drop at the same time, VDD SOC IN drops first?
If it has not been decided, is it okay to change from the recommended constant?

We are currently designing using the recommended values ​​in the data sheet.

yes

capacitor values at VDD SOC IN, VDD High In are not recommended to change.

Please use values provided in Table 9. Power supply decoupling recommendations

Hardware Development Guide for the i.MX 6ULL Applications Processor

Changing capacitor values may affect suspend/resume operation due to

 excessive power-up/down ramp time.
