Hi Team

I am using DDR test tool v3.0. I wanted to run the calibration test for Memory density - 1GB ( Micron - MT41K512M16VRN-107 IT:P) . The problem statement is I don't have script file to be loaded for this configuration. can any one provide proper script file for below configuration:

- 1GB memory density

- DDR operating freq is 400 MHz

- DRAM bus width is 16

Please provide the script file .inc for me to run the calibration.

Hello,

did you have a linux running with die MT41K512M16VRN?

We tried it but the kernel didnt start. Only if wie set the DRAM size to 800MB the Kernel start.
