Our patner want to do i.MX6SL accelerated aging test to estimate the lifetime because their usage is not match the graph in AN4726.
Then, would you let me know the condition to do accelerated aging test?
(e.g. Ta = xx degrees * yyy hours by accelerated aging test is corresponded to Tj = aaa degrees * bbb hours under normal condition)
