Hello All,
I have an i.MX6S sabre SDP and I want to install Android OS. But I can't find the i.MX6S image in NXP formal released BSP. So I built the boot.imx as the Android user guide said, and used the boot-imx6dl.img file. Unfortunately, it still can't bootup successfully.
What should I do next? I notice that boot.img is an Android image that stores zImage and ramdisk together. Can I use the same ramdisk for i.MX6DL and i.MX6S?
Thank you very much for your help.
You can find the BSP for the i.MX6s in the following link:
Android OS for i.MX Applications Processors|NXP
Available on KK and JB
Hello Sergio,
Thank you for your help. I know how to download the image and BSP from NXP formal website. And i can burn Android OS to i.MX6DL SABRE SDP. But there is no uboot for i.MX6S, only for i.MX6DL. As we know, i.MX6S has different DDR configuration as i.MX6DL. I just wonder how to boot i.MX6S SABRE SDP with Android OS.
Best Regards,
Meihui
