[i.MX6Q-AI] Android 4.4.3: Unable to display output using HDMI

Hello,

I have installed the latest Kitkat 4.4.3 bsp available on Freescale website and after following the android user guide, I am at the last step and unable to proceed. The monitor turns on then 1 sec later turns off.

Here are some information:

1. Freescale or other standard reference board used
   Using the i.MX6q AI board
   
   
   
2. Kernel version and/or BSP release used
   Using the BSP android_kk4.4.3_2.0.0-ga_images_6qsabreauto download from the Freescale website
   
3. Any additional software/application or hardware used
   Just connected an LCD monitor with an HMI to DVI cable. The cable works correctly with the monitor using the Linux BSP that came with the board.
   
4. Hardware or software changes made from standard platform
   None
   
5. Expected and observed behavior
   After following the Android_Quick_Start_Guide.pdf document, the monitor turns on for 1 second then turns off.
   
6. Steps to reproduce
   1. Install bsp
   2. Follow Quick Start Guide
7. Frequency of reproducibility (always, usually, sometimes)
      Always
   
8. Display type and resolution (for video/graphic/display issues)
   Dell 24 inch monitor using 1920x1080 resolution, here is the bootargs line used with the video setting

Hello Charles,

I just tried to replicate your issue but using a normal HDMI cable and it worked using your bootargs.

Do you have a regular HDMI cable to try it with?, please take a look at this thread for more info:
