Hi,

I was told that termination resistors is required for DDR3/DDR3L when connected to i.MX6.

However in the iMX6Q-SABRE-SDB-DESIGNFILES, in the schematic titled SPF-27516_C6, there were no termination resistors connected for the i.MX6 DRAM address, command, control and clock signals. Can I verify that in this case termination resistors are not required, and why?

In the case that I want to include termination resistors, what Vtt and Rtt values should I use? My design willl reference from the iMX6Q-SABRE-SDB-DESIGNFILES.

Thank you and regards.

If you check the layout of SPF-27516_C6. It is T topology not Fly-by.

T topology, termination resistors not required.
