i.MX6 internal thermal sensor safe values

Hello,

What is the actual location of i.MX6 internal thermal sensor ? How the temperature values are different from Tj. What are the recommended safe limits of temperature to throttle down the frequency or shutdown the processor?

Actual location of i.MX6 internal thermal sensor is not available,

one can consider that it measures Tj.
