Hi community,

I want to confirm the connection of i.MX6 PCIe interface.

Please see the foot note of Table 2-21 in i.MX6 Hardware Development Guide (IMX6DQ6SDLHDG Rev.1).

It says "These supplies must remain powered if boundary scan test needs to be done".

Then, how about in a case that JTAG debugger is used even though JTAG boundary scan is not used?

Should I remain these supplies? or can I pull them down to GND?

Best Regards,

Satoshi Shimoda

Hi Satoshi Shimoda,

The note doesn't impact JTAG debugger.

If there is no JTAG boundary scan required, you can follow both solutions.

Thanks!
