Hi,
Which Routing Topology [Fly-By topology or Tree topology ] is good for i.MX53 to DDR3 Device routing?
We are using two DDR3 chips on same side of the PCB [16bit device] .
Freescale reference board suggests Tree topology but its having 4 DDR3 chips .
Most of the chip vendor recommends for Fly by toplogy , pls sugest which topology gives the best SI .
