Is it possible to get i.MX502 IBIS file?

I couldn't find it on Web.

So sorry for late reply, I have confirmed it for you that we didn't release IBIS for i.MX50 in our website. If you neet it, you can try to contact the local FAE and requestion them to check with the local marketing team. Hope this can do help for you.
