I copy the fsl-mm-codeclib-1.9.6.tar.gz and gst-fsl-plugin-1.9.6 inside ltib/rootfs/var/tmp/pkgs.
Inside the ltib configuration interface, i select the "gstreamer-fsl-plugin" in "Freescale Multimedia Plugins/Codecs and "gstreamer-plugin-good". This according to the Linux Multimedia Framework, page 9-13.
During the compilation i have this error:
