We are using MAX3232EIPWR transceiver for RS232 Communication, RS232 Send receive working without CTS/RTS, Only receive is working with CTS/RTS. May i know the why ?
Any other suggestion to make work UART With CTS/RTS ?

there may be confusion related to DCE/DTE mode and RTS/CTS signal direction,
one can recheck them using Figure 16-10. UART external signals to module signals routing with respect to DCE/DTE mode i.MX 8M Mini Applications Processor Reference Manual

We are using DCE Mode only and as per DCE mode only we are making external HW connection but still we are facing issue with transmit with CTS/RTS.
