Where can I get i.MX 8 QuadMax reference manuals? It is not there on NXP website.

I have one more query.

It is regarding the MEK development kit for i.MX8/i.MX8 QuadMax processors. Is it available now? What are the tools etc. available for development of bare board application for i.MX8 processors.
