i.MX 7Dual_power down sequence

Hi Teams,

We use PF3000 to supply i.mx7 dual processor.

The power up sequence of i.mx7 is correct.

When power off the the power supply to PF3000, the power down sequence of i.mx7 can not meet the spec. VSNVS would be turned down fast than some other power rail.

Would this violation to be acceptable?

I believe there is not problem, because that behavior is the expected. Please check the datasheet:

VDD_SNVS _IN to be turned off last after any other power supply.

Hi Alejandro,

For the power down sequence of i.mx7,

VSNVS would turn off first and then the other power rails would be turn off.

Is that a problem for i.mx7?
