Hi,
Did anybody design a 32bit LPDDR2 with i.MX 6UltraLite.

For example, is it possible to use the eMCP MT29PZZZ4D4BKESK18 from micron?

i.MX6UL DDR controller is 16 bit.

Hi,
Thank you for your answer.

Based on the datasheet of this memory the component can handle both x16 and x32 width. So, probably it is only the matter of loosing the bandwidth.

Based on the datasheet of the IMX6UL it can support LPDDR2 as well. So do you think that we can have problems?
