ddr config tool test error

Our board, built based on imx8mp-evk, failed DDR testing using the DDR config tool, and the program cannot be burned when the device is powered on. Why is this?

Firstly, please download our latest DDR Config Tool version https://www.nxp.com/design/design-center/development-boards-and-designs/i-mx-evaluation-and-developm...

Secondly, Put your board in serial download mode.

Finally, connect the board USB with your PC, and select the third COM port. Run the test.
