Hi everybody,

I am very beginner to this Linux field.I want to develop one application on i.mx233 platform.

I want to copy the songs from my host PC to some storage memory and play it on i.mx233 platform.

I want to learn from the beginning.

I want to know the procedure from the beginning?

which toolchain i have to use it for i.mx233 platform?

Please suggest me.

i.MX233 BSP should come will necessary toolchain components. To copy and play a song on the platform, you need to have audio device support and audio player. The simple one is alsa tools, which by default play OGG file. You can find many OGG file in Linux system, copy and play it on imx.
