Hi Yuri Muhin,

Can you tell me how to measure boot mode frequencies. If I'm using nitrogen6_max development board. (Because my custom board related to Nitrogen6_max)

Set the boot mode switch for each boot mode and measure the following

• NAND (probe CE to verify boot, measure RE frequency) • SPI-NOR (probe slave select and measure clock frequency) • MMC/SD (measure clock frequency)

What is CE probe ?

Hello,

  The mentioned NAND CE is NANDF_CS0 (or NANDF_CS1/2/3) signal. You may

check its toggling / activity using oscilloscope.
