Writing Driver for On-Board SPI in Linux

Dear Support Team,

            I am working on i.mx6 duallite A9 dual SoC. I am planing to write a SPI Master driver for on-board SPIs. The i.mx6 contains 4 SPIs. I can access those SPIs as a part of application from user space, but I wanna to write a device driver for one of those SPI.

Can you please help in writing driver for on-board SPI.?

What are the thing should I consider before writing that driver.?
