Which parameter to cross compile?

I work on a SBC Variscite based on IMX6UL; to replace the second splashscreen I have to compile a .C file using "configure" command.

Some indications about how to cross compile from Linux ? My environment is:

/opt/fslc-x11/2.2.1/environment-setup-armv7at2hf-neon-fslc-linux-gnueabi

Some one could help me?
