Can't find any description of the TEMPSENSOR_RESERVE pin. Is it a power or IO pin, what is it used for and what to do with it?

The pin  TEMPSENSOR_RESERVE  need to be floating,  there is no connection for this terminal, it is part of the Temperature sensor that contains the i.MX7 that it is enable using the pin terminals TEMPSENSOR_REXT which needs to have a 100ohms resistor tie to ground, and the VDD_TEMPSENSOR_1P8 which it is the power terminal for the sensor.

Here is the datasheet for your convenience:

Have a great day,

Thank you for your answer and the datasheet. I already have the datasheet although for the dual type, but the only mention of this pin is under the chapter describing what to do with pins if the functionality is NOT used. But in this case this pin is always to be left floating.
