I was referring the pdf in this link http://cache.freescale.com/files/training/doc/ftf/2014/FTF-CON-F0165.pdf and came across a unit Mpel under Performance overview HW Decoder section. I could not find any useful information about this unit.
It will be helpful if anyone share their knowledge about this unit

Mpel is usually used to refer to Megapixels and this seems to be the case.
