The weight is obtained from the sum of masses indicated on the Material Declaration document of each part number. Taking as example, the MCIMX6QP6AVT1AB (i.MX6QuadPlus whit the same 0.8mm pitch; 21mm x 21mm package) is available on the link below:

For the specific case of the part number that you are looking for, it will be required contacting with your Sales/FAE, because i.MX8X is still on preproduction and no additional information/support could be provided yet though this channel.
