The watchdog petting is not happening properly during startup.

How this is confirmed

Toggling Port pin every 10ms in board_ioctl() function and could see that toggling happened 45ms/4.5 ms during startup

• Watchdog initialization logs during boot time.
• Watchdog configurations you are setting.
