We´re Finishing our Schematic and Layout for our new board design
The board will run Linux From eMMC on SD2 Bus
On SD1 Bus i will place a Wifi Modem but also a SD card for fast bsp development (without the wifi modem for BSP development) , the final board will only have the WIFI modem (Without SD)
On the evk board the SD card is connected to SD2 bus (without mechanical card detect) shared with optional emmc
Can I ommit the MECHANICAL card detect for this SD1 bus when using SD or Wifi modem on this SD1 bus?
I´ve connected it Just In case on the same pin that the EVK ultralite board uses for the SD1 on the Base Board
