the imx53 board is capable play fullhd video?

I have to choose between imx53 and beagleboardxm....

VGA is using TVE module, the max resolution is WSXGA+(1680x1050), 60Hz.

So, you can't output 1080p through VGA port without resizing. You can resize the video and then output it to VGA.
