Unit test harness for i.MXRT1062 microcontroller

I'm looking for any unit test harness available for the mxrt1062 microcontroller. Or any similar processor. Any help will be appreciated.

What do you mean about unit test harness? What function do you want to validate? basically, we use NXP SDK examples to do unit test.
