USB disable

hello, I am working with RT1020 with the usb and I want to know if it is possible to disable the usb control functions. I'm reading a bin file from the pendrive, writing it to flash and jumping to the application. However, some USB applications are running and hinder the jump to the application. Does anyone know how to disable these USB settings?

Could you please be more specific about what exactly you are trying to disable? What settings or control functions are you referring to? Do you intend to disable USB as a whole once the binary image has been copied to flash?
